1. Payment Terms

Full payment is required within five (5) working days from receipt of invoice. Payment must be received prior to the training date. A receipt will be issued upon confirmation of payment.
Global Industries Intelligence reserves the right to refuse admission if payment is not received on time.

Non-payment or non attendance does not constitute cancellation.

2. Cancellation by Participant

2.1 Immediate Cancellation Liability

All bookings carry a 50% cancellation liability immediately after a signed sales contract has been received by Global Industries Intelligence.

2.2 Written Cancellation Requirement

Cancellations must be received in writing by mail, email or authorized written communication at least six (6) weeks prior to the scheduled training date in order to obtain full credit toward any future Global Industries Intelligence training.

2.3 Late Cancellation

If cancellation is received less than six (6) weeks before the training date:

• The full training fee is payable.
• The training fee is non refundable.
• The training fee is non-creditable.
• The service charge is completely non refundable and non-creditable.

3. Substitution Policy

Provided the total fee has been paid:

• Substitutions are permitted at no extra charge up to fourteen (14) days before the event.
• Substitutions made between fourteen (14) days and the event date will be subject to an administration fee equal to 10% of the total fee to be transferred.
• All substitution requests must be submitted in writing.

4. Cancellation or Postponement by Global Industries Intelligence

If for any reason beyond the control of Global Industries Intelligence, including but not limited to:

• Venue changes
• Speaker changes
• Acts of terrorism
• Extreme weather conditions
• Industrial action
• Force majeure events

Global Industries Intelligence may cancel or postpone the training.
In such circumstances:

• Global Industries Intelligence will endeavor to reschedule the training.
• The training fee will not be refunded but may be credited toward a future training.
• Global Industries Intelligence is not responsible for airfare, hotel or other travel costs incurred by participants.
• Event program content is subject to change without notice.

5. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability

The client agrees to indemnify and hold Global Industries Intelligence harmless from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses, including attorney’s fees incurred outside the control of Global Industries Intelligence.

By signing the contract the client acknowledges that in case of dispute or cancellation, Global Industries Intelligence will not be able to mitigate its losses for any less than 50% of the total contract value.

6. Governing Law

The construction, validity and performance of this agreement shall be governed in all respects by the applicable governing law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction agreed upon in the contract.
