Fees

All fees include course materials and documentation, plus lunch and refreshments during the seminar.

Payment Method

Delegates may pay the course fee themselves or ask us to issue an invoice to their company or sponsor. Payments by Bank transfer are accepted.

Cancellation or Substitution

Cancellations must be submitted in writing and received at least three (3) weeks before the seminar start date. A GBP 135 will apply for each cancellation.

If we receive your cancellation after this deadline, no refund will be issued. However, you may send a colleague to attend as a replacement.

No Refund Policy

All bookings made through Global Industries Intelligence are non refundable. By registering, you agree that the full fee is payable and cannot be refunded for any reason, including dissatisfaction, changes in personal or work circumstances or attending only part of the course.

Course Changes

Global Industries Intelligence may make reasonable changes to the course content, trainers or schedule if needed. These changes do not qualify for a refund.Course details (objectives, audience and content) are shared before enrolment and the delegate is responsible for confirming the course is suitable before booking.

Hotel Accommodation

Hotel accommodation is not included in the course fee. Some venues may offer a discounted corporate room rate and a limited number of rooms. If you want us to help with hotel reservations, please request this at least three (3) weeks before the programme starts. All reservations are subject to availability and the hotel’s own terms and conditions.

Certificate of Attendance

A certificate of attendance (including any applicable Continuing Professional Education Units/Hours) will be issued only to delegates who attend and complete the entire programme.

Force Majeure

Events outside the Company’s control may require postponing the seminar, changing the venue or replacing the instructor. The Company has the right to make these changes if necessary.
